Data scientist 

Our Innovation team is responsible for researching new technologies and building prototypes of revolutionary features that allow us to stay ahead of the competition. We are now looking for a researcher that would work closely with our research staff and help them in delivering the most innovative functionality to our products. He/she should be an experienced playful developer able to design and work autonomously on complex problems with fuzzy boundaries and vague specifications. This person should be naturally born problem solver with a strong coding background.

Technical Focus

  • Interested in data analysis and visualization, computer science, artificial intelligence.
  • Participate in the research of new technologies and coding of prototypes – constantly and quickly learning new skills. 
  • Provide support/maintenance of existing features that have been deployed by the Innovation team – intense communication with other stakeholders, explaining how the features work and continuously educate them.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical background, preferably MSc. level in STEM and at least 5 years on a technical position as a developer/researcher.
  • Preferred skill set: Python, SQL, pyspark (Apache Spark in general), ML/AI.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture and API development and maintenance is a big advantage.

Campaign Manager

Monkeyflux’s Performance Marketing team is looking for a hands-on campaign manager champion to join our acquisition team and take our paid marketing efforts to the next level of success. As the company continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a creative, energetic and methodical professional to join our industry leading Marketing team in Monkeyflux Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up and run paid Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns with focus on one platform
  • Perform market research and build audiences for targeting
  • Devise and construct ads – from visuals and LPs to copywriting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and extract valuable insights
  • Perform continuous testing and research to optimize existing creatives and uncover new opportunities
  • Collect data and produce performance reports
  • Work collaboratively with all team members and company stakeholders


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience running successful paid campaigns and its optimization
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook campaigns is a must
  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and/or Twitter campaigns is a plus
  • Data-driven, meticulous and well-organized person with a firm statistical understanding
